If the guide doesn't describe your situation more accurately than you could have described it yourself, email us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You keep the files.
Email checkhubonline@gmail.com from the address you used to buy, with the word refund in the subject. You do not need to give a reason, and we will not ask for one. You do not need to explain anything about your marriage to receive your money back.
We approve refunds within 2 business days. The money is returned by the same payment method you used. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it usually appears within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are for one copy per person. We reserve the right to decline where there is clear evidence of abuse — for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, or redistribution of the files.
Because your payment was processed by Selar or Nestuge, the refund is issued through them. If you bought through one of those platforms, you may also request the refund directly in their own system.
